iLabel App is an app provided by Shenzhen VSON Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "VSON Technology" or "us"). We respect and protect user privacy. Before using all products and services of VSON Technology, please read, understand and agree to this privacy policy.
This privacy policy is formulated with your needs fully taken into account. You have a comprehensive understanding of our personal information collection and use practices, and it is essential to ensure that you can ultimately control the personal information provided to us. When accessing some location-based services (such as when Android phones perform Bluetooth search and Wi Fi product distribution network), they will use and process your device's fuzzy location or accurate location, which is obtained through GPS, WLAN and the service provider's network ID.
(2) Application and intelligent hardware upgrading:
In order to enable you to continue to enjoy the latest iLabel services, we may use the version information of your iLabel application and the phone model to provide you with iLabel application upgrade services. At the same time, we may collect the list and version number information of your connected smart devices to provide you with the upgrade function of smart devices to ensure that you can use the latest version of services (including firmware version).

To enable you to better enjoy the control and management of intelligent devices provided by iLabel, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional functions. If you do not provide these personal information, you can still use the basic services of iLabel, but you may not be able to use these additional functions that can bring you convenience. When you create an account of VSON Technology, download and update the software developed by VSON Technology, register on the VSON Technology platform, participate in online surveys or participate in other interactions with VSON Technology, we may ask you to provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, etc; Some of our app applications can be used directly without having to register an account to log in. Changing the type of app will not require you to provide personal information.
Note: For some App applications developed by VSON Technology, users do not need to register an account to log in. They can use the app directly, and this type of app does not need to log out of the account.
VSON Technology will use your personal information in strict accordance with the contents of this privacy policy and its updates.
